Anthony Moore, CEO
Mr. Moore, a Retired Gunnery Sgt. who served in the United States Marine Corps for 22 years with honor and distinction, brings a host of organizational and human resource experience to 13November, gleaned from multiple and varied military assignments and deployments. Mr. Moore holds a TS/SCI clearance and in his post-retirement career, has garnered significant experience conducting top secret background investigations for federal government agencies. Mr. Moore’s leadership style reflects the principles of innovation, service and efficiency that are the hallmark of the culture of 13November. Mr. Moore holds an MBA in Management Human Resources and a BA in Human Resources.
Eden Brown Gaines, COO
Ms. Brown Gaines’ 27 year career as a procurement and employment attorney and counsel to government and commercial businesses informs her innovative and strategic approach to procurement support, human resource management and organizational development. She brings decades of experience in federal EEO programs and is herself a certified mediator. Ms. Brown Gaines is a detail-oriented problem solver with a leadership style that engineers and drives the impact and achievement that is endemic to 13November’s culture. Ms. Brown Gaines holds a Juris Doctor and a BA in English and Philosophy.
